The Worldwide Newton Association is an association governed by French Law.

According to these rules, the association (like many associations under French Law) is directed by a board (up to 12 members, elected for three years during general annual meetings) and a bureau which is a subset of the board (President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-president(s) and Deputy Secretary/Treasurer).
The board was renewed during the inaugural general meeting September 5th, 2004. It includes the following members:
